(A) All electrical wiring and equipment shall be installed and maintained as provided by this chapter and by provisions of the building and electrical codes.
(B) Every building or structure of dwelling occupancy located within 300 feet of an electric utility line shall be connected to such utility service.
(C) Buildings or structures inaccessible to an electric utility line or service may use substitute systems for lighting and power subject to approval of the Building Official.
