Every room occupied for sleeping purposes by one persons shall contain not less than 100 square feet of floor area and not less than 80 square feet for each occupant and shall be not less in any dimension than provided in §§ 151.090 through 151.096, and areas shall be computed as provided in §§ 151.090 through 151.096.
