Every rooming unit shall have not less than one unobstructed means of egress to the exterior of the building at ground level without passage through another rooming unit and rooming units located above or below the ground floor shall have not less than two means of egress, and all required means of egress shall be as provided in §§ 151.080 through 151.085 of this chapter.
