§ 150.117 OUT-OF-TOWN CONTRACTORS.
   (A)   Any electrical contractor who is registered as such in any other city or village in the state shall not be required to pay a fee for being registered in this village; but every person doing business in this village as an electrical contractor shall secure a certificate of registration before commencing of altering, repairing, or installing any electrical work.
   (B)   Such certificate shall be issued without charge to electrical contractors registered as such under the ordinances of another city or village in this state.
