Pumps, filters, and other mechanical and electrical equipment for public and semi-public swimming pools shall be in such manner as to be accessible only to authorized persons and not to bathers. Construction and drainage shall be such as to avoid the entrance and accumulation of water in the vicinity of electrical equipment.
