§ 150.006 CONSTRUCTION HOURS.
   (A)   Weekday hours. It is forbidden to perform or permit performance of construction work prior to the hour of 7:00 a.m. or to permit the performance of construction work after the hour of 7:00 p.m., on any non-holiday Monday through Friday.
   (B)   Saturday hours. It is forbidden to perform or permit performance of construction work prior to the hour of 7:00 a.m. or to permit the performance of construction work after the hour of 3:00 p.m. on any Saturday.
   (C)   Holiday hours. It is forbidden to perform or permit performance of construction work prior to the hour of 7:00 a.m. or to permit the performance of construction work after the hour of 3:00 p.m. on any holiday that falls on any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.
   (D)   Sunday. It is forbidden to perform or permit performance of construction work on any Sunday.
   (E)   Definitions.     For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      CONSTRUCTION WORK. The broadest possible meaning, including but not limited to all excavating, paving, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, concrete work, roofing, siding, or other trades work on a building under construction, repair, or remodeling, other than emergency work on existing structures or routine maintenance that does not cause a substantial disturbance of the peace and quiet in any residential neighborhood.
      HOLIDAY. Any holiday recognized by the state or the federal government as an official holiday.
   (F)   Exemption. Nothing herein is intended to prohibit or regulate work performed by any homeowner on his or her own residence, provided that such work does not cause an unreasonable disturbance of the peace and quiet in any residential neighborhood.
