§ 114.99 PENALTY.

   (A)    (1)   Any person, firm, or corporation violation or failing to comply with any provision of §§ 114.01 or 114.02 shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $200 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed to have been committed on each and every day on which a violation of §§ 114.01 or 114.02 occurs or continues.       (2)   Any person licensed under the provisions of §§ 114.01 and 114.02 who is guilty of a violation of § 114.03 shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $200 and any broker license may be revoked upon two or more violations of § 114.03. ('79 Code, § 1502(6))

   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 114.10 through 114.12 or any state statute in relation to real estate brokers shall be fined $100 for each offense; and each day upon which a violation occurs or continues shall be considered a separate and distinct offense.
