§ 114.10 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person, firm, or corporation shall operate or conduct the business of real estate broker without first being licensed therefor. Applications for licenses shall be made in writings to the Village Clerk, and no license shall be issued to any person or firm which has not obtained a certificate of registration as required by the law of this state.
