§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 111.01 through 111.08 shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $200 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 111.15 through 111.19 shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $200 for each offense. The said license may be revoked for any violation of §§ 111.15 through 111.19 by the licensee or his employees.

   (C)   If a person violates any provision of § 111.25, he shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $200 for each offense.

   (D)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 111.50 through 111.56 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $200 for each offense. Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be considered a separate and distinct offense.

   (E)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 111.60 through 111.67 shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $200 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (F)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 111.75 through 111.82 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $200 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (G)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 111.10 through 111.13, inclusive, shall be fined $250 for a first offense, and shall be fined $500 for a second or subsequent offense. The imposition of any fine hereunder shall not prevent, estop or bar the village or any other law enforcement agency with proper jurisdiction from applying for or exercising any other prohibitory or remedial powers granted to them under federal, state or local laws, regulations or ordinances.
