Every vending machine and gaming device in the village shall be required to be individually licensed, and each person, firm or corporation that owns any such device shall be required to obtain a separate distributor’s license prior to installing or maintaining any such device. All licenses required hereunder shall be applied for and issued pursuant to Chapter 120 of this code.
