(a) Water rates are established for the Municipality as follows:

(1) All usage for residential, commercial apartment complex and small business ¾” meters in excess of 10,000 gallons per month shall be charged a rate of $4.25 per 1,000 or part thereof used per month.
(2) All usage for commercial 1”-3” meters in excess of 10,000 gallons per month shall be charged a rate of $5.50 per 1,000 or part thereof used per month.
(3) All commercial 4” meters shall be billed at a rate of $7.50 per 1,000 gallons or part thereof used per month. There is no base rate for any commercial 4” meter. (Ord. 2007-04. Passed 4-5-07.)
(4) A $2.50 per month debt service fee shall be added to every water customer’s account.

(b) Any residential or commercial apartment complex account that has a common water meter with multiple units will be charged the equivalent base rate for each unit plus the applicable water rate regardless of whether the unit is occupied or not based on the rates established in Section 933.02(a).
(c) Any commercial account that has a common water meter with multiple users will charged the equivalent base rate for each user plus the applicable water rate based on the rates established in Section 933.02(a).
(d) All residential and commercial accounts that have separate water meters for seasonal use (i.e. sprinkler systems) will be charged the applicable base rate plus the applicable water rate based on the rates established in Section 933.02(a) during the seasonal use.
