(a) Every person engaged in the collection, transportation, and disposal of garbage and rubbish, accumulated in the Municipality, under Section 955.03
(a) and (b) shall obtain a permit from the office of the Mayor.
(b) The permit fee shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per year for each vehicle or carrier, which permit shall be nontransferable and shall expire on each December 31 of the year in which it is obtained.
