In the event the owner, occupant, lessee, agent or other person having charge or management of such land fails to comply with the written notice herein under Section 917.04
(b) within five days, he shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00). Each day the violation is permitted to continue after the notice has been given and five days has elapsed shall be deemed a separate offense.
