3-9-8: PENALTY:
   A.   Violations of this Chapter may result in the immediate suspension or revocation of any vending permit by the Town.
   B.   Violations of this Chapter shall further be punished as set forth in Section 3-1-14 of the Winter Park Town Code. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
