3-1-14: VIOLATION, PENALTY:

Any person who violates a provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day of business without a current business license shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 198, Series of 1991)
