§ 32.23 GENERAL CURFEW.
   After proclamation of a civil emergency by the Mayor, or in his or her absence the Mayor Pro Tem, he or she may order a general curfew applicable to the geographical areas of the town, or to the town as a whole, as is deemed necessary or advisable, and not applicable during the hours of the day or night as is deemed necessary in the interest of the public safety and welfare.
