§ 32.04 RESISTING, INTERFERING WITH OFFICER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to assault, resist, abuse or in any manner, by word or act, interfere with a police officer or any other officer or employee of the town in the discharge of his or her duty or to aid or abet any assault, resistance, abuse or interference.
