§ 32.01 POLICE DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   There is hereby established a Town Police Department to be headed by the Public Safety Director who shall be appointed by the Manager.
   (B)   The Manager may employ additional members of the Department as deemed appropriate.
