§ 152.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Unless otherwise specified, any person who willfully violates the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be imprisoned for not more than 30 days or fined not more than $200, or both.
   (B)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 152.33, upon conviction shall be imprisoned for not more than six months or fined not more than $1,000, or both.

   (C)   If deemed necessary, the Town Utility Department may recommend to the Town Council that the permit be revoked and obtain injunctive relief to enjoin violations of the provisions of this chapter, and any person damaged as a result of the violations may, upon proper showing of the damages, obtain payment therefor by a civil action.
