§ 131.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person who violates §§ 131.01, 131.03, 131.04 and 131.06 is guilty of violating an ordinance of the town and upon conviction may be imprisoned for not more than 30 days, fined not more than $200, or both.

   (C)   Any person 18 years of age or over who violates § 131.05 is guilty of a special offense and upon conviction may be imprisoned for not more than 30 days, fined not more than $200, or both.
