§ 131.05 DELIVERY OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA TO A MINOR.

Any person 18 years of age or over who violates § 131.04 by delivering drug paraphernalia to a person under the age of 18 years of age who is at least three years his or her junior is guilty of a special offense and shall be subject to the provisions of § 131.99.
