(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person upon conviction of a violation of § 130.09 shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $1,000 or by imprisonment for not more than one year, or both, in the discretion of the court.
