It shall be unlawful for any person in any public building, public street, sidewalk, parking area, public park or any other public place within the town limits to be found in an intoxicated condition, except in his or her own premises. If so found in this condition, the subject shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to the provisions of § 130.99.
