§ 130.08 FIREARMS AND AIR RIFLES.

It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge or fire or shoot any air rifle, air gun or air pistol, BB gun or BB pistol or any firearms of any kind or nature in, upon or across any street, sidewalk or public way or in any public place in the town.
