§ 130.07 INTERFERENCE WITH POLICE OR HEALTH OFFICIALS.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to interfere with or in any way hinder or obstruct any police officer or health officer of the town while the officer is engaged in the performance of his or her duties.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person or persons of the town to strike, assault, fight or resist any police officer or health officer of the town when the officer is engaged in the performance of his or her duties.
