§ 94.20 PERMIT REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to dig any ditch, excavation, hole or opening in any street, sidewalk or public place without the permission of the Manager or some other proper town officer. Permission shall not be granted until the purpose for which it is to be made or dug shall be made known, and then the ditch, excavation, hole or opening shall be used for the purpose so declared and no other.
