§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person found guilty of violating any provision of § 94.03 shall be fined in the discretion of the court, not exceeding $300 or be sentenced to 30 days in jail, or both.
