Section 17.76.010   Applicability.
   This Chapter 17.76 and the special procedures set forth in Section 17.76.020 shall only apply to requests for zoning and other relief required to be approved by the Village Council and filed by a public agency serving all or part of the Village of Winnetka that has entered into an intergovernmental agreement with the Village related to the Village's construction of stormwater improvements ("Cooperating Public Agency").
