Section 13.04.030   Meters.
   A.   Meters Required. Unless otherwise specifically provided in this chapter, all water services shall be metered.
   B.   Meters to be Provided by Village. The Water and Electric Department shall provide meters, to be located upon all premises furnished with water service, for the purpose of metering the quantity of water supplied by the Village to such premises.
