A. No person shall, on days when school is in session, stand in any portion of the public streets of Green Bay Road, between its intersection with the south limit of the Village and its intersection with Sunset Road, or of Winnetka Avenue, between its intersection with Fuller Lane and its intersection with Church Road, for the purpose of soliciting a ride from the driver of any vehicle other than a vehicle carrying passengers for hire.
B. No person shall stand in any roadway for the purpose of soliciting a ride from the driver of any vehicle.
