Section 10.28.040   Driving on Green Bay Trail.
   No person shall drive any motor vehicle along or upon the premises commonly known as the Green Bay Trail, being the former right-of-way of the former Chicago, North Shore and Milwaukee Railway acquired by the Village in 1965. This prohibition shall not apply to government owned public safety vehicles or to vehicles public or private, engaged in maintenance or repair of, or supervising the operation of the Green Bay Trail.
