Section 10.28.030   Reckless or negligent driving.
   A.   Any person who drives any vehicle with a wilful or a wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving. It is unlawful for any person to commit an act of reckless driving within the Village.
   B.   It is unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle negligently and without due caution in a manner so as to endanger or be likely to endanger any person or property.
