A. General penalties. Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to punishment as provided in subsection B, as well as the general penalty provided in Chapter 1.08 of this Code.
B. License penalties. In addition to the foregoing general penalty, the Liquor Commissioner may suspend or revoke any license issued pursuant to Chapter 5.09 of this Code, and any authorized officer may suspend or revoke any other license issued pursuant to Title V or Title VIII of this Code, in the event any holder of any such license violates any provision of this chapter, or any provision of the Act or any other State law pertaining to video gaming.
