The denial or revocation of any license or permit may be appealed to the Village Council by giving written notice of such appeal to the Village Council within thirty (30) days from the date that notice of denial or revocation was issued. Such appeal must be decided by the Village Council within thirty (30) days from the time the applicant files the notice of appeal.
