§ 94.04 FARM ANIMALS.
   Farm animals shall only be kept in an agricultural district of the city, or on a residential lot of at least ten acres in size provided that no animal shelter shall be within 300 feet of an adjoining parcel of property except for the following exceptions:
   (A)   Vietnamese pot-bellied pigs. An exception shall be made to this section for pot-bellied pigs that meet the qualifications and comply with the terms of § 94.18 of the City Code.
   (B)   Urban chickens. An exception shall be made to this section for urban chickens that meet the qualifications and provisions of § 94.19 of the City Code.
   (C)   Traveling zoo animals. A further exception shall be made to this section for those animals brought into the city as part of an operating zoo, veterinarian clinic, scientific research laboratory or a licensed show or exhibition.
