CHAPTER 95: DRUG LABS AND CHEMICAL DUMP SITES

This chapter, originally enacted by Ord. 1, 2005 Series, passed 3-8-05, was repealed by Ord. 5, 2005 Series, passed 7-12-05, following enactment of a county ordinance which addresses the same subject matter and supersedes the former Chapter 95.
