(A) Whoever violates any provision of § 94.04 shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall be fined $50.
(B) Any person that violates § 94.06 shall be subject to a civil penalty of $500.
(C) Whoever violates any provision of § 94.07 shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall be fined $50.
(D) Whoever violates any provision of § 94.09 shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall be fined $500.
(E) Whoever violates any provision of § 94.13 shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall be fined $25.
(F) Whoever violates any provision of § 94.16 shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall be fined $50.
(G) Whoever violates any provision of § 94.22 shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor, and shall be fined as follows:
(1) Motor vehicle: $500;
(2) Go-cart: $250;
(3) Motorized scooter: $100; and
(4) Skateboard, rollerblades or bicycle without training wheels: $25.
(H) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall be fined $250.
