§ 94.22  UNLAWFUL TO OPERATE MOTOR VEHICLE OR VEHICLE ON WALKING TRAILS.
   It shall be unlawful for anyone to operate any motor vehicle, bicycles without training wheels, skateboards or rollerblades on, upon or across any walking path, sidewalk or area designated exclusively for pedestrian use. Bicycles with training wheels may be used on paved walking trails if the rider is supervised by a parent or guardian and the bicycle is operated in a manner so as not to endanger other users of the walking trail.
