It is unlawful for any person to practice or play golf, baseball, softball, soccer, cricket, lacrosse, polo, archery, hockey, tennis, badminton or other games of like character or to hurl or propel any missile, except at places set apart and developed for such purposes by the town, and so designated by the Director.
