§ 72.32 OPERATION REGULATIONS.
   No person under the age of 18 years shall ride upon or operate a motorized bicycle without:
   (A)   Wearing protective headgear meeting the standards established by the United States Department of Transportation under 49 CFR 571.211 in effect January 1, 1979; and
   (B)   Wearing protective glasses, goggles, or a transparent face shield.
