§ 70.37 MOVING OFFENSES; JURISDICTION.
   Whenever a person commits a violation of any moving offense on a state highway within the town, then the prosecution shall be under the applicable state statute, if any, and not under the provisions of this title. In all other cases, violators of the provisions of this title shall be charged and prosecuted under this title.
