§ 151.20 STANDARDS.
   (A)   All work on the construction, alteration, and repair of buildings, structures, and other location improvements shall be performed in a good and workmanlike manner according to accepted standards and practices in the trade, and said improvements shall be performed by a contractor or tradesman who has passed a test as proof of licensure, unless no test exists for their trade and be registered with the town pursuant to §§ 111.05 through 111.22, as amended from time to time, in the trade area required to make the location (property) improvement(s) .
   (B)   All work on the construction, alteration, and repair of buildings, structures, and other location improvements shall be performed during the following times:
      (1)   Monday—Friday, 7:00 a.m.—7:00 p.m. (March—October);
      (2)   Monday—Friday, 7:00 a.m.—5:00 p.m. (November—February);
      (3)   Saturday, 9:00 a.m.—3:00 p.m.;
      (4)   No work on Sundays/holidays.
