§ 111.22 EMPLOYMENT TERMINATION.
   If the applicant or holder is no longer employed with the business which sought the registration or the employment relationship terminates with the business for which the applicant or holder had secured the registration, then the business is required within five business days to notify the town, in writing, of this change in its registration status, and the business’ registration and the holder’s registration shall terminate, expire, and become null and void. The business shall immediately designate, within five business days, a new holder that fulfills the requirements above regarding the necessary testing as listed above, or be required to reapply within ten business days.
