§ 73.03 USAGE REGULATIONS.
   (A)   A person propelling a bicycle shall not ride other than upon the permanent and regular seat attached thereto; nor carry any other person upon the bicycle otherwise than upon a firmly attached and regular seat thereon; nor shall any person ride upon a bicycle, otherwise than as above stated.
   (B)   No bicycle shall be used to carry more persons at one time than the number for which it was equipped.
   (C)   Any person upon any bicycle, coaster, roller skates, or toy vehicle shall not attach the same or himself or herself to any streetcar or vehicle upon a roadway.
   (D)   Persons riding bicycles upon a roadway shall not ride more than two abreast, except on paths or parts of roadways set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles.
   (E)   No person riding a bicycle shall carry any package, bundle, or article which prevents the rider from keeping both hands upon the handlebars.
