A. Plan Adopted: The official comprehensive plan for the present and future development and redevelopment of the village consists of two volumes entitled
1. Winfield Comprehensive Plan, prepared by Teska Associates, and dated May 1, 2014.
2. Town Center Vision 3.0 Report, prepared by Kon Savoy Consulting Group and dated January 24, 2023 The official comprehensive plan, as previously or hereafter amended by the village, shall be effective upon the expiration often (10) days after the date of filing the plan or amendments thereto with the recorder of deeds of DuPage County as provided by 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-12-7.
B. General Development Plan Report Adopted: The general development plan report, part I, background studies for planning, and the general development plan, as now adopted or hereafter amended, shall be and the same hereby are adopted as part of the official comprehensive plan for the village as approved and adopted by subsection A of this section.
