A. Territory annexed to the village shall be automatically zoned as R-1B single-family residence district effective immediately upon annexation unless a different zoning classification has been established by an annexation agreement duly executed in accordance with 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-15-1 and a public hearing has been held in accordance with the procedure set forth in chapter 11 of this title.
B. If a change in zoning classification, special use or variation is desired subsequent to annexation and no annexation agreement applies, then the zoning change can only be accomplished in accordance with the procedure set forth in chapters 10 and 11 of this title. (Ord. 2010-04-07, 4-1-2010)
