A. An owner of property, licensee, or subscriber, may elect to:
1. Contract with the Village through the Village's contractor to provide the equipment and operations necessary to comply with section 9-9-1 of this chapter; or
2. Provide such service through a private company so long as the property owner, licensee or subscriber has a private company alarm system that fully complies with all requirements of section 9-9-1 of this chapter. (Ord. 2018-05-11, 5-3-2018)
