Any building permit application shall include plans depicting areas on the subject property where storage of spoil materials will not be allowed in order to mitigate drainage and dust migration problems for adjacent occupied properties, and how trees will be protected in conformance with the village's tree preservation regulations in section 10-2-15 of this code if applicable.
