The issuance and maintenance of a building permit, as provided in chapter 1, "Building Code", of this title, shall be conditioned upon compliance with these regulations. The regulations contained in this chapter shall apply to all:
A. New home construction in subdivisions or planned unit developments approved after 2005; and "in-fill residential development", which is defined as new construction on lots or resubdivisions of lots located within subdivisions platted prior to 2005;
B. Additions to existing residential projects, where total square footage of a residence is being increased by fifty percent (50%); and
C. Commercial, institutional and industrial construction. (Ord. 2007-2-6, 2-1-2007)
