9-7-5: PUBLIC NOTICE:

The permit holder shall inform all property owners within two hundred fifty feet (250') of the perimeter of the property subject to the demolition permit of the pending demolition work at least seven (7) days prior to the commencement of demolition. Notification shall be by first class mail. (Ord. 2006-8-32, 8-3-2006)
